Go to My Orders on your account dashboard.

• Click on the item you want to return.
• Select “Request Return” and provide the reason with photos (if applicable).
• Our support team will review and confirm your request within 24–48 hours.
• Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
• Refunds will be made via your original payment method, or through store credit (as per your preference).
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be sent to your mobile wallet or bank account after confirmation.

📦 Replacement Policy

If you received a faulty or incorrect product, we will send a free replacement as soon as possible — no extra charges involved.
